Join us from June 7-12, 2025, for six days of inclusive competitions on our renowned Sussex heathland course.
Beacon Trophy & Salver - 36 hole Scratch & Nett Competition
Saturday 7th June 2025
We are delighted to re-introduce the Beacon trophy, but this time it is open to all male golfers under 6.4 handicap and lady golfers under 12.4. Men and Ladies will be playing alongside each other with the men vying for the Beacon Trophy and the Ladies playing for the Beacon Salver.
Format: Individual Medal
Handicap: Max playing handicap 6.4 Men and 12.4 Ladies
Tees: Play is off white and red tees
Breakfast: Coffee and Bacon Roll will be served on arrival in the Clubhouse and this is included within the price.
Lunch: A rolling one-course lunch will be served following your round.
Prizegiving: This is expected to be around 5pm. There is no need to change for the prizegiving
Prizes: Scratch & Nett 36 hole prizes for both men and ladies.
Entry Fee: £90 for visitors and £30 for members
Beacon Festival Team Open – Best 2 from 4 Stableford
Sunday 8th June 2025
Format: Best 2 from 4 Stableford
Handicap: Maximum playing handicap 28 for Men & 36 for Ladies. Men play off the men’s card and ladies play off the ladies card.
Tees: Play is off white and red tees
Breakfast: You will be able to purchase breakfast from 6.30am
Lunch: You will be able to purchase lunch from 11am.
Prizegiving: Will be on Thursday from 6pm with a BBQ on the terrace for the whole family to come and enjoy.
Prizes: Will be awarded to the top 3 teams and a fourball voucher for the top visiting team not in the prizes.
Entry Fee: £50 for visitors and £10 for members

Beacon Festival Over 50’s Championship - Individual Stableford
Monday 9th June 2025
Format: Individual Stableford
Handicap: Maximum playing handicap 28 for Men & 36 for Ladies.
Tees: Play is off yellow, blue and red tees
Breakfast: You will be able to purchase breakfast from 6.30am
Lunch: You will be able to purchase lunch from 11am.
Prizegiving: Will be on Thursday from 6pm with a BBQ on the terrace for the whole family to come and enjoy.
Prizes: There are separate ladies and men competitions. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 overall and 70 & over (please note you may only win one prize, vouchers)
There will also be a voucher for top visitor that didn’t places.
Entry Fee: £50 for visitors and £10 for members

Tuesday 10th June 2025
Format: Pairs Texas Scramble. Minimum of 7 drives per person
Handicap: Maximum playing handicap 28 for Men & 36 for Ladies.
Tees: Play is off yellow and red tees
Breakfast: You will be able to purchase breakfast from 6.30am
Lunch: You will be able to purchase lunch from 11am.
Prizegiving: Will be on Thursday from 6pm with a BBQ on the terrace for the whole family to come and enjoy.
Prizes: Will be awarded to the Top 3 teams.
There will also be a voucher for top visitor that didn’t places.

Wednesday 11th June 2025
Format: Pairs Betterball Stableford.
Handicap: Maximum playing handicap 28 for Men & 36 for Ladies.
Tees: Play is off white tees for men and red tees for ladies.
Breakfast: You will be able to purchase breakfast from 6.30am
Lunch: You will be able to purchase lunch from 11am.
Prizegiving: Will be on Thursday from 6pm with a BBQ on the terrace for the whole family to come and enjoy.
Prizes: Will be awarded to the Top 3 lady teams and tope 3 male teams.
There will also be a voucher for top visitor that didn’t places.

Format: Texas Scramble. Minimum of 4 drives per person
Handicap: Maximum playing handicap 28 for Men and 36 for Ladies, (25%, 20%, 15%,10% from lowest to highest handicap)
Tees: Play is off white and red tees
Breakfast:You will be able to purchase breakfast from 6.30am
Lunch: You will be able to purchase lunch from 11am.
Prizegiving: Will be on Thursday from 6pm with a BBQ on the terrace for the whole family to come and enjoy.
Prizes: Will be awarded to the Top 3 teams.
There will also be a voucher for top visitor that didn’t places.
